Frequently Asked Questions

When will I be billed?

You will be billed on the initial day of purchase. You are able to purchase a subscription in a monthly payment cycle. Monthly subscriptions will renew each month, on the initial day of initial purchase. Subscriptions will automatically renew monthly unless you cancel or opt out of the renewal. If a monthly subscription is purchased  before the 10th of the month, the subscriber will receive the box for that month. Subscriptions purchased between the 10th and 15th of the month may experience a delay in the shipment of the box. Subscriptions purchased after the 15th of the month may not receive the same months box. If this happens, the subscriber will receive the next months box.

What is the cancellation policy?

Monthly subscriptions can be canceled at any time. If you have any trouble, please email us at TeacherThingsBox@gmail.com. If you have already been billed for this month, your cancellation will take effect in the next billing cycle.

Can I change plans at any time?

Monthly plans are able to be changed to annual plans at any time. Annual plans are able to be changed one month before the plan ends.

What if I don’t like what I get in my subscription box?

There are no refunds for unwanted items. If we made an error, we will promptly replace the item, free of charge.

When will my box ship?

Boxes will ship on the 20th of each month. If the 20th is on the weekend or a holiday, the boxes will ship on the next business day. While we plan ahead to ensure boxes are received in a timely manner, sometimes we may encounter inclement weather. The goal is for you to always receive your monthly box before the first of the month.
